We have taken the upmost care to ensure that the items on our website are presented as accurately as possible. However colours will depend upon your own personal monitor and we cannot guarantee that the colour of the physical item is absolutely accurate. If you are unsatisfied with an item, we will always do our best to rectify the problem. Before placing an order please read through these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of your order
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Beauty and Blight shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no legal obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.
We aim to deliver your chosen items to your delivery address, in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. UK orders are shipped by a recorded delivery for speedy arrival. (This does not include Notepads which are posted via Royal Mail First Class). We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. A tracking reference is provided on dispatch. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days subject to credit clearance, fraud checks, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.
Any item may be refunded or exchanged in its original condition within 7 days of our dispatch date. The product you return must be in new, clean, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and tags still attached. Before you return something, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your receipt or invoice in the returned parcel. Beauty and Blight will exchange an item for an equivalent in the same size and cloth type, subject to availability. If a completely different size or cloth type is desired you may need to seek a refund and place a new order. Returns received after 7 days are accepted at the discretion of Beauty and Blight, and if stock is unavailable, may have to be refunded with a 'credit note' or 'voucher code' which can be used online. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.

If you wish to receive a refund, and have returned an item in its original condition, we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. 'Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
Returns policy for sale items
Same as above applied except that we request that all sale items are returned within 3 days of the date you received your item, sale items can only be refunded with a 'voucher code' which can be used online.
